  • Bekum America has established protective measures and informs its employees comprehensively and regularly via various channels.
  • Outside visitors to Bekum America are being limited to those deemed absolutely essential for the continuation of our business; such as parts deliveries and shipments.
  • As an alternative to face-to-face meetings, we are using video conferencing methods.

Of critical importance to our customers is access to fast spare parts delivery and experienced technical support.

  • Bekum America will continue to support our customers with the timely processing of your spare parts needs.
  • All available shipping partners will be explored to facilitate critical part deliveries through this crisis.

  • If your Bekum blow molding machine is equipped for remote access, we can offer fault analysis and assistance without a service technician on-site.
  • Regarding on-site technical support, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority, therefore, will evaluate every on-site service request on a case-by-case basis.
