Bekum America is manufacturing our latest and largest member of Bekums proven Long Stroke blow molding machine range. 

Two (2) BM-907D machines are under construction in Williamston,   MI, USA for the high output, fully automated production of flexible medical components. The 16 cavity systems include stainless steel machine construction, aseptic blowing systems and in-machine, multi-axis robotic units for part handling and finishing.

Ideal for technical components and high output container production, the BM-907D integrates outstanding technical specifications while maintaining all of the following, traditional advantages of shuttle machine production:

Calibrated neck finishes
In machine de-flashing
Upright container discharge
Quick mold change system
Multi-layer / aseptic potential

The production flexibility of the BM-907D includes the ability to produce smaller 250 ml containers in 28 cavities at rates of up to 75 million bottles per year or 4 liter containers up to 12 cavities at rates of up to 20 million bottles per year. 

The BM-907D represents the latest complement to our very successful, and ever expanding Long Stroke blow molding machine series.
